Shipping

For UK mainland deliveries we use Interlink Express and APC parcel carriers. We aim to deliver within 5 working days, but most orders leave the same day or next day. We calculate our shipping costs based on the price of your order. Sometimes it may seem expensive to ship a light item such as a mirror glass that costs say £6.00, but the only safe way to send them is in a parcel this costs us a flat rate. We try to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible. The break down is below:

Interlink APC UK standard Next Day before 3pm:

• Orders Under £75.00 : £8.45
• Orders From £75.00 - £150 : £5.60
• Orders Over £150.00 - Carriage free.

Interlink APC Saturday Am Delivery before 12:00:

• All orders £16.95 regardless of value.

European Destinations delivery charges are calculated at checkout and delivered by Interlink Express or DPD in some countries.

Returns

We understand that buying online can be tricky and there is nothing like seeing and feeling an item so if anything you purchase is not what you were expecting Please feel free to return any product to us, all we ask is the following:

• The item is in a re-saleable condition
• The packaging is intact
• The item has not been fitted
• You have not had the product over 14 days.
• Any items over 14 days that still meet the above conditions - may be subject to a 15% restocking charge, at our discretion.
• If you need to return an item please do so to:

  • Please clearly mark the item with your order number / advice note number and address and include a brief reason for return.

Warranty

All our products come with at least 1 Years manufacturers warranty. We handle most warranty items in house but there are some products that the manufacturers handle directly. Please contact Neil Doxey - on 01335 346132 in our warranty department for further information.
