All UK mainland deliveries on stocked items placed before 3pm will be sent using a next day standard delivery service. We calculate our shipping costs based on the price and weight of your order. We try to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible. For non-stocked items- contact email@example.com for availability and delivery.
UK standard Next Day before 5pm:
- Orders Under £55.00 £4.50.*
- Orders Over £55.00 – Carriage free.*
Standard next day Saturday Am Delivery before 12:00:
- All orders £25.00 regardless of value.*
For non UK mainland and European Destinations delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
* It is very rare but we reserve the right to add a freight surcharge on oversized or overweight items. We will always contact you first if this is the case.
Alternatively parts can be arranged for collection from any of our branches.
All returns to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get authorisation of the returned part before returning the said item. Please see following notes:
We will exchange or refund your purchase up to 14 days following the day of delivery, but it must be returned unopened and in its original packaging, complete with any free gifts or accessories provided.
*Any items over 14 days that still meet the above conditions – may be subject to a 15% restocking charge, at our discretion. (*Business to Business sales).
Distance Selling Regulations
If you open the goods to inspect them, you can cancel your purchase up to 14 working days*
You can cancel your purchase by:
- Logging into My Account and using the contact us facility.
- Phoning us with your order reference number and delivery details to hand.
*’working days’- means all days, other than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
If cancelling your purchase under the distance selling regulations, your product must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition. If you have opened the box/packaging to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used in anyway. It should be returned with the original box and packaging along with any accessories or free gifts you received with it.
If you follow the above we will issue you will a full refund for the cost of the product. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.
The following are guidelines for all goods ordered for delivery. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within the applicable product guarantee period or other defect with your order, we will normally offer a prompt repair service. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
- In otherwise ‘as new’ condition.
- Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it.
- If possible, with the original box and packaging.
You can either return the product to us or phone us to arrange a collection. Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge paid (if any). In these cases, we will also pay for our costs of collecting goods. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery this promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If we arrange to collect goods from you it will be at our cost.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM TRADING STANDARDS OR CONSUMER DIRECT.
