This EasyTac software only package is ideal for those with existing downloading hardware to periodically download, view and store digital drivers' card activity.

Please note that this software will need a USB card reader in order to activate the licence key that accompanies the software, once activated and installed on your PC you should be able to use combined devices for downloading and uploading the digital data.

All makes of digital tachographs used within Europe, including Second Generation smart tachographs. 

Windows PC's running Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista & XP

All common (industry standard PC/SC compliant) smartcard readers

All common vehicle unit (VU) download devices

Please note that this software will need a standard (PC/SC compliant) USB card reader connected to a PC to be able to activate it (using the license activation card provided when the software is purchased). Some combined VU download and card reader devices are not PC/SC compliant, so cannot be used to activate the software after installation. Once the software is installed and activated it’s possible to use combined vehicle download and card reader devices. Recommended card readers and vehicle download devices can be bought with the EasyTac software here.

This software is ideal for viewing digital data and is particularly suited to Agencies, owner drivers and other circumstances where the depot manager needs to access and store this type of information.

NB. This software does NOT analyse data against driver's hours or working time directive regulations. To analyse data you will need to have a Tachograph analysis contract and additional software (e.g. Visionfta Software) and hardware to send data to FTA or another analysis provider.
